Deliveroo, the on-demand delivery platform, is piloting a new office catering service across London.
Deliveroo for Work has launched a new catering offer in London, allowing businesses to schedule large orders from select restaurants, delivered in partnership with Addison Lee.
The new offer comes as office working continues to rise across London, with businesses looking for more moments to bring employees together.
London, 11th March 2026: Deliveroo, the on-demand delivery platform, is piloting a new office catering service across London. Partnering with Addison Lee to provide seamless and convenient corporate delivery, the new service forms part of Deliveroo for Work, the platform’s corporate arm.
Through this new catering service employers have the ability to schedule large group orders for the workplace between 24 hours and 5 days in advance. The service is launching with a variety of popular restaurants available on Deliveroo, including The Salad Project, atis, Pizza Pilgrims, Eat Activ, Bleecker Burger, B Bagel and Sushi Dog, with more brands expected to be announced in the coming months.
Working closely with Deliveroo for Work, each brand has created tailored, group-friendly menus designed specifically for workplace occasions - from team lunches and workshops to office events and celebrations. The ability to schedule orders in advance also aids partners, with kitchens benefitting from having more time to plan ahead.
Deliveroo for Work reports a significant increase in corporate orders over recent years, with orders growing by over 60% between 2022 and 2025. This uptick can be owed to a shift in mindset amongst employers, who are modernising work perks for employees. Furthermore, group orders grew by approximately 10% YoY in the UK when looking at growth between 2024 and 2025. Consequently, this service is designed to make large orders easier for customers and restaurants alike.
This service will make large orders easier for customers and restaurants alike. The service will simplify logistics for office managers, allow restaurants to prepare orders in advance, and provide live tracking and dedicated support to ensure food arrives together at the chosen time. The company is also exploring additional partnerships with other courier services in order to expand further as the catering service grows.
Spencer Walker, Global Director of Deliveroo for Work, said: “The office lunch is officially back, and Deliveroo for Work is continually finding new ways to elevate it. Our new catering service aims to take the stress out of group orders - it’s easy to set up and simple to manage, working just like a regular Deliveroo order, despite the scale.
Deliveroo for Work already supports thousands of corporate clients across London. Now, we’re helping the restaurants they know and love meet growing demand for workplace catering - one of the most valued employee perks. It’s a simple and effective way to bring teams together.”
Building on the success of Deliveroo for Work, whose corporate users order three times more often than standard customers, the launch of this new catering service expands upon existing offerings. It joins features like individual allowances, which allow employers to grant employees the flexibility to order from any available restaurant on Deliveroo for a weekly perk, overtime, or to support on-call working.
Launched amidst record-low office vacancies (with rates reaching historic lows of under 2% in top London offices), this service meets the growing demand for premium workplace perks, helping employers foster internal engagement and attract and retain talent. Deliveroo research from 2025 confirms that employees value food as a workplace perk twice as highly as gym subsidies, and that food delivery at work is three times more popular than the office canteen.
Deliveroo for Work already supports a growing community of over 30,000 employees at some of the UK’s biggest businesses - from global banks and law firms to top fashion houses, recording studios and leading tech companies or consultancies. The new catering offer extends this proposition, unlocking new occasions for businesses and employees while creating a new revenue stream for restaurant partners.
